well, the girls didn't know it
but i did
the setting was nothing but magical
it was delightful
wonderful
however, i don't think any of the girls looked up
and i don't blame them
they are 10 year olds looking to have some laughs
and good times
here is what it looked like
preparing place cards for the guest
craft bar
they created glitter initials
leather bracelets
and a sparkly name banner
only bummer is, i was a one man show and didn't get
one single picture of them with their creations
TOTAL BUMMER
inside the tent
birthday girl seeing it for the first time
girls crafting
getting happy birthday sung to her
you can't tell
you had to be there
but at night
with all this lit up
it was amazing
like
"the holiday"
amazing
i wanted to sleep underneath it
but hubby thought it might be to cold
and while this magical setting was being created
my family fell in love with
her
and yes, she is now a part of our family
meet
Charley
more on that later
happy weekend to you

Okay Seriously this is amazing. I am sure you are deemed the coolest mom. I love the idea of doing all the lights I am sure it looked fantastic. Great Job and I am sure they all have so many memories that they will keep forever.
GORGEOUS! MAGICAL! FANTASTIC! I love love LOVE that you had it in a tent! There is something magical about tents and your decorations added such a lovely quality! Every year I see on your blog your daughters birthday about a week before my daughters birthday. Peyton is turning 10 and we are planing a rainbow birthday on Saturday! Your little lady is so lovely and lucky to have a momma like you! I can't wait to hear more about this beautiful ball of fluff!
Oh and where of where did you get her fabulous skirt?!
All I can say is WOW! She will remember this forever and her friends I am sure will too.
Wow! This is great! My girls would have loved this when they were younger! Heck...they'd love it now! Great job!
