My favorite thing about summer is watching my kids run barefoot in their bathing suits and sundresses and sometimes naked in a sprinkler. :)
Our favorite thing about summer is getting to see friends and family
for BBQ's even more than usual and playing outside past dark. Water
play is just the best... whether it's swimming, sliping and sliding or
just getting wet with the hose! LOVE SUMMER!!!
Our favorite part of summer is that it isn't winter.....my husband longs for those winters growing up in LaVerne, Ca. Now he plows Iowa snow for fun in Dec..oh and sometimes Nov, Oct, Jan, Feb and March!!! :)
My favorite part of summer is the whole relaxed atmosphere! I don't have to be the "homework shrew," if dinner is a little late it isn't the end of the world... My kids participate in a lot of water sports so baths aren't critical... they were in water at some point in the day. Because of decreased "scheduling" I can just spend my summer with my children... enjoying the moment... all the moments.
Summer is definitely my favorite time of year!
